Prime Yard Lawn & Tree Service – Terms of Service These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all lawn care services provided by Prime Yard By requesting, booking, or receiving services, you agree to the following terms. 1. SERVICES PROVIDED Prime Yard provides lawn care services including, but not limited to, mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and optional add-on services. All services are performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. 2. ESTIMATES & PRICING All quotes are estimates based on customer-provided information (including photos). Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual site conditions, including but not limited to overgrown grass, debris, obstacles, terrain difficulty, or additional service needs. Any significant changes will be communicated when possible. 3. PAYMENT TERMS Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prime Yard reserves the right to require deposits to secure appointments. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension, cancellation, or additional fees. 4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. 5. PROPERTY ACCESS & PREPARATION Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all service areas at the scheduled time. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles such as toys, furniture, or debris. If access is restricted or unsafe, service may be skipped and fees may apply. 6. WEATHER POLICY Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions for safety and quality purposes. Prime Yard will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes. 7. HAZARDS & LIABILITY Customers agree to disclose any known hazards, including hidden objects, irrigation systems, wiring, or debris. Prime Yard is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or concealed hazards. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control. 8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns; however, refunds are not guaranteed. 9. PHOTO & MARKETING CONSENT Prime Yard may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be disclosed. 10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, hazardous environments, or inappropriate conduct. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Yard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. 12. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. 13. COLLECTIONS & LATE PAYMENTS Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and may be referred to collections. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including fees permitted under Texas law. 14. DISPUTES Any disputes arising from services shall be handled in the appropriate courts within the State of Texas. 15. SERVICE CONDITIONS Tall grass (over 6–8 inches), excessive debris, or neglected properties may incur additional charges due to increased labor, equipment strain, and time requirements.
